We generally require 7-10 days notice, depending on work load, some orders may be able to be fulfilled in less time, however you will need to call our office to check before placing your order.
We do not take orders via email, please do not assume because you have emailed us you have placed an order.
To place an order you must either order via our website or call our office.
If you place your order online, you will be given the option to pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
If paying by bank transfer your order will not be processed until you have completed the bank transfer and we are able to confirm that payment, generally 2-3 days.
If you are paying by credit card your order will be processed once your credit card has been processed.
PLEASE NOTE WHEN ORDERING ONLINE IF YOU DO NOT SELECT A PAYMENT OPTION YOUR ORDER IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.
If you have successfully placed your order online you will get a confirmation email.
Please note any orders placed within 3 days of collection or delivery will incur a surcharge of $50-$100 depending on the complexity of the cake ordered.
