How much notice is required to order a cake?

We generally require seven days notice….although additional notice may be required for elaborate or very large cakes.  If you need your cake sooner it is best to call our office on 9855 8224 to see if we can accommodate you.

Are you a retail store and what are your opening hours?

Yes we are a shop, we are located at 74 Renshaw St, Doncaster East, open 9.00am - 3.30pm Mon-Fri, 8am - 12 noon Sat.

If I send an email how long will it take to receive a response?

Most emails will be responded to within 24 hours.  At the latest you will receive a response within 48 hours.

What flavours are available?

There is a full list of flavours on our website under the "Flavours" tab at the top. There is also a drop down box headed "cake flavours" which indicates the flavours available for that particular cake when using the shopping cart.

How much for a simple cake?

Cakes are priced according to design, so it is best to browse our site for ideas.  Prices will increase in cost as more design work is required.

Do you deliver and what is the delivery fee?

Yes we do deliver and to look up the fees, click on the tab to the right called "Delivery Prices"

If I have my cake delivered what time will I get it?

Deliveries are generally delivered between 10am - 6pm to home addresses and 10am - 5pm to work addresses.  We cannot deliver at a specified time, only a range of 4 hours.

How can I place an order?

You can either order online, call our office on 9855 8224 and order over the phone or come into the store.

Do I need to leave a deposit when I order?

Yes, to place an order we require a 50% deposit.

Can I change the colours of a cake?

Yes you can.
